Cross-checked against the official report. Columbus REALTORS published 159 closings at a $548,110 median for the same month in Olentangy LSD. My median differs by $895, or 0.2%. My closing count runs slightly higher because my pull is dated later and captures sales recorded after their report was compiled.
A word on geography, because it trips people up constantly. The association reports municipalities by corporate limits while the MLS carries a mailing address, and those are different maps. Plenty of homes with a Lewis Center mailing address sit outside the Lewis Center corporation. The school district is the boundary that actually follows the deed, which is why the figures above are grouped that way and why you should confirm the assigned district for any specific address before you rely on it.
